At GovInsider’s Healthcare Day 2025, we engaged with healthcare leaders, policymakers, and innovators shaping the future of care in Singapore. Thoughtworks recently hosted a session on Enterprise Modernization with a keynote from SEEK’s Strategic Portfolio Program Director, Lachlan Ross. The discussion explored how organizations can modernize effectively while managing complexity, building trust, and enabling long-term innovation. A panel conversation added perspectives on the human side of modernization, the reality of incremental change versus “big bang” approaches, and the potential of AI to shape smarter blueprints for delivering value. Thoughtworks was at DevOpsDays Lima 2025! 🇵🇪 Rocio Mera, Verónica Rodríguez, and Rodrigo Vallejo from our Ecuador office joined as speakers at an event that gathered over 450 members of the tech community to exchange experiences and insights around DevOps, automation, and engineering platforms. Their talks focused on improving Developer Experience at its core. Verónica and Rocío shared how to automate developer onboarding with an event-driven architecture using Kafka, Okta, HCP Vault, and Snyk — reducing setup time from days to minutes. Rodrigo and Verónica also presented how to build Golden Paths that remove friction and enable teams to scale without losing agility.
