Interview
It was a three week process from applying to start date, I found the online application in depth but easy. I applied online on the Sunday I passed that stage and had my interview on the Friday, I then had my store experience on the following Tuesday and got my job offer the following Monday (the wait was due to the area manager been on annual leave) I found the whole process easy and got a very good impression of the store, manager and area manager. I am looking forward to my first shift next week.

Internet test followed by a group interview and a test on your knowledge of the company, conducted by an area manager and store manager. Took around 1 hour and was relatively straightforward

The first stage which is on line application doesn't give us that privilege to express our real potential . The time allowance for maths section isn't enough in such that, they should consider mature students who cannot use on line timed questions in a speedy way.
