Backbase IOS Engineer interview questions

Coding Challenge (overview): - Write an app that filters through a large list of items, has to have good UX. Technical Interview (key points): - MVVM. - Static vs Dynamic Libraries. - Grand Central Dispatch (weak vs strong vs unowned). - Overview going through the Coding Challenge, explain your choices, give a walkthrough of your code, show what you can do to improve or adapt to a changing requirement. Behavioral Interview (key points): - Assessment of your soft skills. - What would you do in a team environment? - Understanding your values and competencies. - What's your workflow like? How would you go about when a project is handed to you?

The questions revolved around best practises in iOS Software development and general Software Development. I must say that this was one of the interview process that made me think outside the box.
