Bloomberg Global Data interview questions

First Round Interview- mostly behavioral questions. Why Bloomberg? Who are our clients and competitors? What does Bloomberg do? Walked me through my resume. Why Bloomberg and not an investment bank? Explained the position I was applying for. Was asked to participate in second round phone interview. The interviewer was very pleasant.

I received an email to do a phone interview with the recruiter. In the phone interview the recruiter asked basic questions like tell me about yourself? why global data? She asked many behavioral questions and questions that were targeted towards my background/resume. Such as tell me a time when you improved on a process? What did you dislike about the internship? No technical questions or questions related to the financial markets were asked.The interview lasted for 30 minutes and a few days later I received a rejection email. The next step would have been an on site interview in Skillman, NJ.
