The interview process was pretty standard. I received an offer less than a week. I started off as a patient sales representative and was promoted in three months to at home and interviewed with the sales manager and the VP. I presented my tails track record and they gave a lot of different scenarios, so be prepared to answer general questions about past experiences and how they were handled.

What was your strategy for territory growth? Did you make cold calls or receive leads? Identify your strengths and weaknesses, maintaining relationship, relationships, networking, time management, organization, profit, loss, and growth,etc. Just be prepared to have proven sales track records with you, it definitely helps and you’re able to show what you’re capable of.
There is a phone screening to review the position applied for and she asked a few questions and then sent a link for a zoom video call interview for the next day.

What was a time you had to deal with a difficult customer?
I had two levels of interviews after a basic HR screening process. Both were very considerate and discovery type interviewers. It was a great experience for me as I have not interviewed that much.
