I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cardinal Health in Jan 2022
Interview
The interview process was good. The local recruiter was very helpful in the scheduling process.
The problem was I never heard from them after my interview with the Hiring Manager based in the US. I made a follow-up twice and got crickets.
Not very professional.

Interview
The recruiter I spoke to was very friendly and I genuinely enjoyed speaking with them, however, in my opinion it’s just always very telling about a company when they don’t even bother to let you know when they aren’t moving forward with your application. I was excited about the prospect of working for this company, even following up via email with the recruiter (and receiving a reply to this follow up email) to thank them for the interview because I was eager and excited about this job. All in all, very disappointing that a company that prides itself on being a caring healthcare group couldn’t even bother to let an applicant know they were pursuing other applicants. It’s not hard, and it’s just incredibly unprofessional.
