I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cardinal Health (Dublin, OH) in Dec 2021
Interview
I had a remote three-part interview completed in the same day. First was the technical screening with two tech leads from different teams. Not especially difficult and more enjoyable than most of the interviews I've had. I felt like I had a really great conversation with them. I mostly just talked about things I had worked on at previous jobs. Next was an interview with two managers. Again, not very difficult and more about soft skills than technical. The last interview was the coding exercise. I was given a Java project on github and was asked to add a couple of methods. This part may have been more challenging except that I was given the Github link a few days in advance so I had plenty of time to prepare.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Have you ever had a disagreement with a teammate about the best way to approach a problem, and how did you solve it?
Phone screening followed by in-person with multiple people from the team. Very laid back, included some typical interview questions but for the most part very candid. I appreciated that they wanted to know me as a person

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Cardinal Health (Cleveland, OH) in Jan 2020
Interview
Formal and very lengthy. A panel interview with 6 people followed by a tour of the facility with a lot of small talk in between the meetings. The interviewers were professional and curious.
