I applied online. I interviewed at Cardinal Health
Interview
Early interviews are typically one-on-one, in-person interviews between the applicants and the hiring manager. Early interviews conversations typically focus on applicants’ experience, skills, work history, and availability. Final interviews are typically extended only to a very small pool of top candidates.
Asked too many questions. Lots of behavior questions. Some questions were not related to work. Three people interviewed me including previous intern, an associate and the manager. The associate and intern were asking non experience related questions.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cardinal Health in Aug 2020
Interview
1 phone screening, followed by 2 video interviews about 1- 1.5 hours each. They did not make me feel at ease at all. It seemed like they got off on making you sweat. They even laughed and joked about other interviewees not doing well. Very unprofessional.
