I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Cardinal Health (Columbus, OH) in Jun 2020
Interview
Submitted my resume for a position that was a good fit. Initially contacted by HR/recruiting. HR set up a phone screen that went smoothly.
About a week later, I then interviewed with the hiring Director, which went well. HR promptly contacted me and said it went well and I would proceed to a third round. About a week later I had three interviews scheduled with three different Directors. All of the interviews with the Directors went well, perhaps one went very well based on the feedback from that Director. I sent "Thank You" emails to everyone involved in the process. After more than a week, of waiting to hear next steps, I sent an email to the HR recruiter, expressing my interest in the position and that I would be happy to provide references.
The HR recruiter never returned my email. I never received any kind of follow up whatsoever. One would think if you spent about 6 hours interviewing, the company and HR would have the professional courtesy, at the very least, to say "thanks, we went with another candidate". Like many others, if they are that unprofessional in the hiring process, they have little regard for their people, it is not a place I would want to work.
I would have rated this experience as "positive", even if I didn't get the job, had the HR recruiter contacted me to close the loop.

Question 1
Typical questions on background, management style and work scenarios.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cardinal Health (Charlotte, NC) in Apr 2020
Interview
Not transparent. Was promised updates on a specific day and no update was given. Had to continually call the recruiter and ask for updates after deadlines were missed. Overall I really wasn't satisfied with how the interview process went.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cardinal Health (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2020
Interview
It was conducted virtually, all over the phone and video calls via the internet. They seemed professional and courteous but also difficult to gain a sense of company culture. It lasted about twenty or twenty five minutes and went well. They never followed back up with me so I'm assuming I was not selected.
