I applied online. I interviewed at Cardinal Health in Aug 2019
Interview
One phone screen with a recruiter, which consisted of her reading the job description word for word. Very patronizing. Email from TA inviting me to 30 min phone screen with the hiring manager three weeks later. A Half hour phone call with the hiring manager. I received an update four days later from the recruiter that the hiring manager went with another candidate. Feedback was my background was interesting, good technical skills but she felt it wasn't my purpose. As a POC candidate with 12+ of corporate experience (domestic and international exp), it's a lazy way to implement bias. Not recommended for minorities to pursue careers there.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Cardinal Health (Columbus, OH) in Mar 2019
Interview
Behavioral
2 Phone screen
One in person on site
I did 3 rounds of interview with them and followed up 4-5 times
I even went onsite to interview
the HR is rude and wont even respond back
as candidates we give out time to interview multiple times and the very least is for them to reply back, irrespective of the outcome
never trust companies that dont even have the courtesy to respond back
