Phone screen with recruiter > onsite interview with hiring mgr > another onsite with other mgr and director. The whole process took about a month.
Did hair test and background check. Got the offer. Comp was a bit lower than expected but I accepted.

Interview
Had a phone screen and then an on site interview which consist of a site tour and equipment used such as GC, Hot Cell, Cyclotron computers, QC testing, and break rooms. Easy interview just have some lab experiences if not just be honest and tell them you don't. You don't need to have experience. Just need to tell them your not scared of radiation and you can do everything needed for the job. Prepare to do anything for it.
