Great process, but surprisingly immature in working policies. No flexibilty in days in office, so no inclusuon policy at all. Perhaps they're used to younger staff who can't manage their own time or have no other responsibilties. Pay is also for junior staff/second jobbers. Non-starter, couldn't progress further.

How do you create balance between fixing client issues and farming for new opportunities.
Concise interview process with the hiring manager and case study with the team.
Case study is not technical but requires data analysis. You get to ask questions of the team during the case study which is helpful to understand what it’s really like to work there.
