Interview
A few years ago I interviewed with Checkout.com at London. I was living abroad and I let them know my phone signal was very bad, but still, they decided to keep the technical interview on a phone call. During the call I mentioned several times I was struggling to hear and understand the questions, the recruiter ended the call and I wasn't moved to the next stage, they said I didn't have cloud experience, which wasn't true. Their recruitment team has contacted me several times over the last year asking me to do a first interview and, apparently, when they come to know about my first failure, they will never even arrange the first interview. They will say that I'm not fit for the role anymore, the role is closed, or any other excuses. Worth mentioning that I've never applied myself, I was always contacted on platforms like hired.com or cord.co. Their recruitment process is absolutely unrespectful and a waste of time and effort.

No questions because they never schedule the interview. I don't remember the first interview questions as I could barely hear them, but there was something about messaging queue
Lack of consistency and processes to control the quality: I had several interviews across Checkout.com over time. I would say that the experience range is quite drastic. From one of the best and the most supportive interviewing process with a lot of feedback to the one who just forgets about the candidate after reaching out on their own as with this particular job back in 2021.

3 stages interview, fist a call with the human resource management team, second with the team leader from the underwriting team, third with the director of the underwriting team, and last with the regional director for the middle eastern company.
