Can be divided into 5 steps: 1. Casual talk with Recruiter 2. Technical challenge / Project to do 3. Technical Interview with Architect and Future Team members 4. HR Interview 5. Offer Proposal/Negociation if all goes well.

Applied online and got an email back from a recruiter within a week. Had a really positive call and was told to be on the lookout for a follow up email with next steps. Email never came and got ghosted. How hard is it to just tell me it's not a good fit? Very unprofessional.
