I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Customertimes (Brazil) in Nov 2025
Interview
I had an interview with Customertimes for a remote developer position, and initially the experience was very positive. The interviewer was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to, and the conversation flowed naturally. The discussion felt well-structured, respectful, and engaging, leaving a strong first impression of the company culture.
However, the experience deteriorated after the interview. Unfortunately, Customertimes appears to be one of those companies that goes silent after the process. Despite sending follow-up messages, I never received any response or feedback. This lack of communication undermines what was otherwise a great interview and can be frustrating for candidates who invest time and effort preparing for the process.

Question 1
Which five metrics do you use most frequently in your work?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Customertimes
Interview
Started off with an HR screener interview to check culture fit, then hiring manager interview, then test task (very interesting and fitting for the role) and peer interview with a member of the marketing team.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Customertimes (Londen, Engeland) in Aug 2025
Interview
The interview itself was fine and professional: standard questions about experience, technical background, and motivation. However, after the interview I never received any kind of follow-up or communication, even though more than three weeks have passed.
I believe this lack of feedback shows little professionalism and a lack of respect for candidates’ time. A simple update email would have been enough to close the process properly.
What is most disappointing is that a company that promotes itself as professional cannot maintain even the minimum standard of communication with people who invest their time and energy in their hiring process. This kind of practice damages their reputation and shows a lack of genuine interest in people, which should be a basic principle for any organization aiming to attract talent.
