I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Customertimes (Vancouver, BC) in Aug 2021
Interview
Very streamlined interview process. While other companies take weeks, this process moves in a matter of days, which makes for a really good experience.
I had two rounds of interviews: One technical interview to validate skills and one with the team manager to align expectations of career growth.

Question 1
What does the ideal career progression looks like for you? Where do you want to go?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Customertimes (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2021
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. We had a discussion which lasted around 30 minutes, where they gave me a lot of information about the company. I found it useful as I never heard of this company before. Some of my questions weren't addressed, but these were deeper technical questions, which they said are gonna get back to me about.
Had quite transparent comp discussion, where they asked whether I look at the whole package or just salary and bonus. I got an impression that they are willing to work with my numbers and expectations.

Interview
Long elevator pitch about the company story.
Description of the job.
Dodged salary questions. When I said I was flexible they said they were too. Then pressured to provide a range which I declined.
Asked me how little salary I'd be willing to accept... Felt inappropriate and kind of exploitative.
