Databricks Account Executive interview questions

Multiple interviews throughout the process. I asked multiple times what the process was but this changed. I was offered the position and references completed but was then asked more questions that ended up being another interview - at 10pm one evening. Two weeks later, I was then told that they were not progressing.

Hr manager then hiring manager then presales manager then panel . It seemed that the presales manager put a veto and vs the hiring manager and prevented me clearly to pursue the hiring process .
