Digital Realty interview questions

1. 20 min phone interview with HR. 2. 1 hour phone interview with upper management (3 ppl). 3. 2 hour onsite interview with upper management (3 ppl).

Scheduling took some time due to the time of year and work load. Once interviewed I did not have a follow-up in person or phone interview. It was about two weeks later that I actually heard back that they wanted to offer me a position.
