I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Digital Realty (Hampton, VA) in Mar 2019
Interview
Laid back and personality driven with light spattering of technical questions. Small introduction phase, followed by questions about my research into the company and what it does. My interest levels were tested. The interviewer was very informative in clearing up some misconceptions I had. Turned into a chat about halfway through and I could tell he was trying to see if I was a culture fit. Overall I would say they are looking for a technically savvy individual with good person to person interaction.
