I applied online. I interviewed at Digital Realty (New York, NY) in Jun 2017
Interview
I had a phone interview with a HR person, and than 2 other interviews, one with the sector leader and the other with the team I'd be working with. The whole process took 4 weeks and it was really straightforward, the only weird part is that after they made me a verbal offer, it took them a whole month to send me an official offer which was a bit frustrating, but at the end everything worked out fine.
