Interview
I only had one phone call that was supposed to be a 15 minutes call to schedule an interview. It turned into an hour interview in which they asked my expectations. They had my curriculum, I didn't have experience with the technologies that they use (not really sure why they called me in first place) but if they called me I thought I could learn those technologies as my past experience isn't useless. Any way they recruiter told me at the end of the interview that they wanted some one with experience... She also asked me my expectations and I told her my current salary and she said it was too high for my 7 years experience career so I polately told her that I didn't want to continue with the process as I won't switch to a job that would pay me less than what I currently earn. This was in Mexico.
