I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at EPAM Systems (Praag) in Nov 2019
Interview
Interview was very professional one on one. Interviewer had prepared questions for every part of stack and went quite deep in validating my knowledge. He did it in a very professional way not to humiliate but to find out degree of knowledge. It was all discussion + couple of printed source code samples to describe (what will happen).
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at EPAM Systems (Ciudad de Mexico) in Jul 2019
Interview
It's a series of technical interviews, progressing difficulty and specificity towards the position. First general language questions from a team abroad, then a couple of more narrow interviews around specifiic background and fit with the team from a futuure teammate.

Interview
Received an email from the HR stating that they had tried to call me but i did not pick up. However I did not receive any calls from them at all even in the blocked calls list. In the first place, i did not include my mobile in my resume to them, so that's definitely a lie.
I followed up with them accordingly and provided my mobile no. and a phone interview was arranged to happen the next week via MS Teams. However, the interview was subsequently cancelled due to them finding me "no longer qualified". Worst part about this is that the cancellation was made minutes before the scheduled call and arrangement to free up the time was already made.
In the cancellation email, they stated that they will get back to me again when there are opening for other roles, however when I checked with them on another job listing for a role they had published, they just disappeared.
