Simple process.. Personal round with HR reporting manager then director/partner.. The director was amazingly sweet.. I was a fresher but he treated me as an equal.. Panel consists of 2 members. Each one of us was given a chance. So do no panic if others are not giving you a chance to speak up. You will be given one..!
2nd round: Case Study (Business case study of pen stand)
Victor Cheng Case study videos will be very useful. Explain your entire thought process. Do not leave out anything. Ask as many questions as possible. There's no silly question. Arrive at a solution via a solid path. DO NOT assume anything in the case study.
3rd round: Case Study + Stress Interview
