I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at EY (Madras) in Dec 2016
Interview
<Campus Recruitment>
1st Round: Group Discussion.
Topic: "Is technology growth hampering human imagination?" (6 out of 10 were selected for the next round)
(People who spoke up with at least 2-3 valid points got through.)
2nd Round: Technical Interview (Case interview)
(This went for about 50-60 minutes. Once you cleared this round, you are most certainly in.)
3rd Round: Partner Interview
(The Partner we had, did try to stress us out but overall, it was okay. Mostly HR based.)
4th Round: HR eval.
(For the sake of formality.)
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Case: A toothpaste company has been seeing a decline in its revenue and margins. What would you suggest? (No numbers were involved. A very qualitative case study.)
Tell me a problem you recently faced and how you overcame it?
Why do you think you are a good fit for the company, coming from a very niche engineering discipline? (I was from one.)
Why EY? Strengths, weaknesses; questions on resume.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at EY (Hartford, CT) in Sep 2016
Interview
Both interviewers were very kind and knowledgeable. They were willing to help if you felt stuck about a question and you could tell they were very energized and passionate about the company. One noted that the employees of EY are known for their kindness and teamwork. It sounded like they truly liked what they did.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at EY (Londen, Engeland) in Oct 2016
Interview
Phone screening interview was somewhat short lasted around 15 minutes. The Interviewer was friendly and put me at ease. It will follow the psychometric test you would've taken by then so make sure you follow the same settings you've previously described.
