2+ Months process and 3 rounds.
1st round with Manager - Data Scientist for 1 hour covering data science work experience and questions around that.
2nd round with Senior Manager for 1 hour covering Behavioral, Interpersonal, Influencing, Team Leadership skills etc. in detail for 40 mins and 20 mins Technical discussion about projects worked on and questions about various Data Science, Cloud, Big Data tools and packages.
3rd round with Executive Director/ Associate partner, this will be scheduled for 1 hour but wont last more than 15 mins, even during the 15 min time, he could be taking minute or 2 to respond to his work messages. But this is the deal breaker
HR Talent Manager discusses feedback after every round. Even if ace the first 2 rounds of detailed interview and have very positive feedback, in final round Associate partner can reject with 10 mins of discussion. For reasons like not enough sector experience, or experience only in particular sector like Financial services. (Talent Manager provides final round feedback as well).
In the new Data and Analytics practice, candidates with predominantly Financial services experience is less welcome (As mentioned by the Talent Manager in final ED round feedback).
