I applied through an employee referral. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Toronto, ON) in Jun 2019
Interview
Had an initial phone interview with recruiter after which I was asked to submit an interview assignment. It was a time series modeling assignment which I worked on for 3 days (approx. 18-20 hrs total) because I really wanted the job. After submission, I sent in multiple follow up emails every couple of weeks asking for feedback but never got anything, not even a rejection email.
That's when I decided to never do another interview assignment again. Either ask to be paid for it, or flat out refuse. Sometimes companies do this to get some fresh ideas on problems they're working on.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions techniques et sur le parcours académique et professionnel.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Athene, , Attika) in Oct 2019
Interview
My overall experience was negative, the interviewer was not friendly and a bit disrespectful. The interview process consisted of a meeting with two people from the technical department and one person from HR. They called me to arrange an interview and they postponed it twice which was a bit annoying. I never got a call back.
The interview itself was a bit weird and different from what I have experienced with other companies in the past. I introduced myself by my first name and one of the people introduced himself as Mr. Firstname which was a bit formal. One of the interviewers, diminished the value and the importance of a project I did in a company, which was disrespectful. I argued differently and supported the value of the project.
