Had 4 rounds of interviews with 2 of them being with multiple individuals. The individuals i met with were HR, pursuit lead peers and SMR across various service lines. The 4th interview was with the MS leadership.

HR interview, basics covered, then two interviews with two different people on the team. Interviews were not super technical and focus was on past experience. Roles and responsibilities did not seem well defined or known by the interviewers
