Interview
It was very slow in terms of getting interview scheduled and hearing back from HR. Interviews were very casual and conversational. However they will really drill down on your resume and ask specific questions on past experiences and skillset. There were three back to back interviews, each lasting approximately an hour each.

1. Interview with HR - background check, qualifications check, salary check, submit documentation once cleared

Interview with Director - most important step, one on one with director is daunting, prepare with knowledge of company, prepare questions on the role, requirements, team and project, be prepared to not jump into solutions straight after the case study has been posed instead take time to break down what the important questions are, be polite and respectful, firm hand shake, smile, wear a suit and tie, be on time, great the receptionist with a friendly chat

It takes one on campus interview and one onsite interview. First round on campus interview is basically about the research and one simple brain teaser. On site interview with 4 manager level people. All about basic quant knowledge, statistics. The Job is for QAS office in New York locations and client based works. Most of the clients are CB and IBs.
