Interview
First interviewed with the senior manager running the department I'd eventually work in. This was in the IT consulting division, not audit or tax. After that, came back for second interview and met with four different partners. They gave their feedback to the senior manager and then I was offered the job.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Minneapolis, MN) in May 2014
Interview
Very good HR Team, fast communication on e-mail. Scheduled interview with 3 of the people in the group and fast decision. At first I applied on their website for the position and I got automatic e-mail few days later that I was not the right fit for the company. Few days later I had a phone conversation with one of the managers and she explained to me that the rejection was a mistake and that she will plan on having me in the office for 1:1 in person interviews with few people from the senior staff. I had 3 interviews that lasted about 30 minutes each and the people in the Minneapolis office are great!

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at EY (New York, NY)
Interview
Started with a Human Resources point of contact from my recruiter. I sat in one room with each individual interviewer visiting me in the one location. Started with an Audit Manager for about 30 minutes and then spoke with two Partners focused on Private Equity and Hedge Fund line of business for an hour in total. The process was relatively painless except there were some product specific questions to ensure I really knew the products I claimed were on my resume.
