I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Staines, Engeland) in Jan 2017
Interview
This is a three stage process - first, an interview with a recruitment specialist; second, a visit to a local branch where you engage with some of the employees and have an interview with the branch manager, and then finally an assessment day.
The assessment day went as follows: arrive to begin at 8am, a sales roleplay and customer service role play (you have ten minutes to prepare for this), done in private with one assessor, then a morning meeting given to two assessors (the information you need to present is given to you and you have 20 minutes to prepare).
There is then a group discussion, where you are given incentives and have to present your incentive and together decide on one incentive for the group to present. This is a great opportunity to present yourself as a negotiator, leader, and communicator. This is observed by all four assessors.
Finally, there is an interview with one final assessor, which is similar to the interviews in the first two stages.
Feedback is given after every single stage, and lunch is then provided by Enterprise before you then leave. There was also an afternoon session on the day I attended, and they were given lunch before they started.
Everyone was really friendly and it was not an intimidating process. You have to remember Enterprise will hire you if they really think you have worth and will fit in with the business ethos; they do not have a limited number of jobs to fill.
I heard back the next day from the recruitment specialist from the first stage. This person stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process; all the recruiters you come into contact with are keen and ready to offer you tips and guidance on how to present yourself properly and how to succeed.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to deal with a stressful situation and how did you deal with it?

Interview
I applied for a trainee management position and had a phone interview within two days of applying. They sent a email directing me to a booking page to reserve a time and day that would suit me on their website. The process was very straight forward.
I then had a telephone interview which lasted just over half an hour, the recruiter was friendly and quite conversational, so I didn't find this to nerve wracking. The question where most customer serviced based and where question you would expect in any interview, nothing to differcult to answer.
I am going to the next stage of the interview process tomorrow, this is in a branch of the company and is scheduled to last for two hours.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you have had a angry customer, how did you manage the situation?

Interview
After applying online, I got invited to an interview very quickly. The interview took place in the Headquaters in Surrey. I really appreciated the fact that I could chose between different interview dates. It was a very friendly interview situation and the interviewer was open and was very direct with his questionings and their expectations of a graduate. He explained what the graduate programme looks like, how fast you can make a career and also layed emphasis on the fact that the programme had a strong sales focus.
I enjoyed the interview but cannot see myself in sales. I did not end up progresing to a further stage because the interviewer probably saw that sales was not the right call for me.
