I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Southampton, Engeland) in Dec 2016
Interview
The online application was followed by a brief phone interview that lasted approximately 10 minutes.
The next stage was a branch visit which involved observing the staff working, going on pick ups, talking to customers, and having an interview with the branch manager.
The final stage was an assessment centre, which consisted of a group discussion where each candidate had an idea they had to pitch, and the group had to choose three ideas to invest in. The assessment centre also involved a "day in the life of" exercise where you had to match cars to customers while experiencing a number of challenges such as people calling in sick, and also a customer service role play.
Everyone you meet throughout the recruitment process is very friendly, professional, and they genuinely love working at Enterprise. Make sure you have lots of questions so that you get as much out of the recruitment process as possible!
I applied online. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Londen, Engeland) in Sep 2016
Interview
Filled in an online application form. Was then invited to a first round interview to have a face to face interview with a recruiter. They didn't confirm my interview till the day before, had to pay a lot in transportation fees and they don't reimburse travel expenses. Was very brief, in and out in 10 minutes. Very easy interview, questions around your cv/experience and sales and customer service experience/knowledge. Nevertheless I was not proceeded to the next stage in the recruitment process. After reading the reviews for this scheme I was done a favor, would have not suited me at all. If you are considering applying, make sure you read the reviews first and consider whether this is the right job for you before applying otherwise you'll be wasting your time. The website gives contradicting information to what people on the scheme have actually gone through, because obviously they need to entice young graduates in.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Cardiff, Wales) in Oct 2016
Interview
Phone interview followed by an in-branch interview, followed by an assessment center. Phone interview was a mix of competency based questions and general interview questions. Interviewer had come through the graduate scheme and was friendly and responsive.
Assessment center was several practical tasks and a 1-2-1 interview. Tasks included customer service simulations and sales pitches.
1-2-1 interview was with an area manager who had also come through the graduate scheme. Again, competency based questions, much more formal.
