Several month process to be hired and usually includes two rounds of interviews with a panel of staff and the manager of the team. Takes a while to be onboarded.

Formal, general, fairly non-technical - it was a panel interview, virtual, where a PowerPoint was shared and each slide contained a question. As the interviewee, you would talk until until you felt as though you answered the question, you were asked no follow up and, no discussions were had. Then the next question was flashed on the screen.
