Interview questions [1]
Question 1
- What's 5 things that you're not?
- How assertive would you rate yourself from 1-10?
- Are you interviewing elsewhere?
- If you got multiple offers, what would be your deciding factor in making a decision?
The interview was conducted over the phone is several stages, spanning several hours overall. It wasn't as bad as I was worried it might be; several stages were primarily just setting expectations for the role and describing the company.
There is a phone interview, in person interview, and an on-site interview. Multiple tests involved to assess coding knowledge and personality fit. You have a chance to discuss with current employees what the role will look like. There is also a group interview component.
