I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Feb 2022
Interview
straightforward. open-ended questions. small presentation. they wanted you to think creative and make sure you could answer questions on your feet. I did not find the questions too detail oriented nor difficult. Make sure you read about the company policies like no remote work prior to interviewing and joining.

Question 1
asked about experience, interests and how I could contribute to epic.
Other people posts here definitely helped in preparing for the interview. The skills assessment is the most critical in the interview, basically weeding out most applicants. If you get an interview you most will get the job. There’s a presentation component to the final interview, make sure you do something that is irrelevant to the position and something you know (ex. how to milk a cow, a brief history in winemaking, a wood making workshop, etc). Otherwise, fairly fun interview. Make sure you’re amicable and work well with other people in the group settings of the interview

Question 1
Case Study: Go-Live cannot be delayed but an application slips under, how will we go about adding it in a time frame shorter than what is required to set it up?
The interview was very difficult including an exam online as well as a case study. The online exam is monitored through a camera and you cannot leave the tab or it kicks you out. The case study had a mediator and three interviewers including yourself.
