You need to take an online assessment on a website where some person in India watches you take it so you don't cheat. The process was bizarre and unwarranted because the assessment was easy. Just make sure you know basic math and can quickly reason through things. If not, just skip it. Then the phone interview with a person already holding the position. I did not make it past this step even though the interviewer stated he was impressed with my experiences and thought I'd be a great fit for the company. They are not in the HR department though and it seems like it didn't even matter that he liked me. Very misleading.
