I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at FDM Group (Londen, Engeland) in May 2016
Interview
The whole interview process was very straight forward. First, I had the video interview which consisted of 4-5 questions. After passing the video interview stage, I was invited to the Assessment Day in London. This consists of 3 tests: Basic Maths test, IT/Logic test and a Venn Diagram Test, followed by 3 short interviews. Each interview was approximately 5 minutes and consists of 4-5 questions depending on the interviewer.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
For the Assessment Day, they asked motivation and competency-based questions i.e. Why FDM? What do you know about the FDM model? What interests you about the IT industry right now? Why did you choose your undergraduate course? Apple or Android?
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at FDM Group
Interview
Having submitted my CV online I was asked to do a video interview. Having successfully negotiated the video interview I was then asked to attend an assessment center. The assessment center was a full day including: a basic maths test, a Venn diagram test and an IT knowledge/Logic test. I also had three interviews all five minuets duration with three questions in each interview. Finally we were all given a tour of the office.
I should mention that the HR for FDM call you up and give you some amazing advice and fully prepare you for the assessment center. Take notes when you get the call and do the research.

Question 1
The questions in the video interview were all very fair and not designed to trick but to give you a chance to show yourself. Questions ranged in topic asking for example, how would you handle several tight deadlines, a colleague is doing such and such, how would you react? How do your skills suite you for FDM? What is your understanding of the FDM business model? also a question about my degree.
The interviews as part of the assessment day were much the same but gave the opportunity to expand in a little more depth. Also asked were questions of a more technical nature about recent developments in IT. I was asked how IT was changing business but speaking to fellow applicants the questions were changed for each candidate.

Interview
Video interview - video interview which presents you with questions and then gives you time to prepare an answer, then answer by recording your Qs to the camera. Questions included: What is your understanding of the FDM business model and how the graduate scheme works. What challenges are you looking for in your next role. Can you tell me about something in IT that you are passionate about. How do you build rapport on your first day as an FDM consultant. Example of a time you overcome a problem to achieve a goal. Why is the IT industry for me.
Assessment centre - started at around 10.00am lasted till around 4.30pm. Pretty straight forward, relaxed assessment centre. Sat 3 tests - Maths, Aptitude/IT and Venn Diagrams. The guide they send you is very useful for revising for these. Maths was GCSE level maths i.e. long division, multiplication, simultaneous equations, fractions etc. The YouTube tutorials are useful for the Venn diagrams. As long as you prepare you should be fine. We then had 3 interviews (Qs below) each lasted around 10 minutes, one was about university, one was IT related and one about motivations.
