I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FDM Group (Londen, Engeland) in Sep 2016
Interview
Online application -> Video Interview (recorded, not live) -> Assessment Centre
Assessment Centre took place at FDM Group's office in Cotton's Centre near London Bridge. Rather short and not so difficult compared to other Graduate assessment centres, but a positive experience nonetheless.
The day consisted firstly of an introductory presentation, here they put plenty of focus on the commitments required of you and what you should expect in return. This was followed by three tests - Set Notation and Venn Diagrams, Maths, and general aptitude tests (including some technical questions on IT). After a lunch break (not provided) we returned for 1:1 interviews. These were short and concise in nature, and covered areas like your interest in an IT career, your degree, and other general questions.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at FDM Group (Coventry, Engeland) in Jul 2016
Interview
I submitted my CV online and was called a week later for a brief phone interview. The HR personnel just wanted to know my current situation, geographical flexibility, confirm my details. A video interview was then scheduled and I had the link sent to my email on the day. The link was to expire in three days, so basically I had three days to attempt the video interview
