Applied on internall career website. Phone interview with 2 sort managers. After answer the first few questions with the BAR format, the interview grew much friendlier and off script, as we exchanged experiences at our stations. I was a trainer and team leader, so I walked in with more experience than an average handler. Received a call back a week later with job offer.
