No actual interview, in person or virtually was ever conducted. Instead, after i applied online, i was offered the job soon after submitted application. This is my experience when applying for the package handler position at a FedEx Ground warehouse and the hiring process for other positions within the warehouse, are likely to include an interview, either in person or virtually.

The interview process was fully online and straightforward. I completed an application and short assessment, followed by basic screening questions about availability and physical ability. There was no formal interview—mostly automated steps and confirmation emails with next instructions.
