Google Account Strategist interview questions

3 rounds, 45 min each. Conversations are a bit less conversational because they are looking away taking the note most of the time. Most of the questions were about how you work but there were a couple that included what would you do if your team is having issues.

Application/Recruiter Call – You apply or get contacted by a recruiter, hard to arrive and recommend to align the standards with the vc Phone/Virtual Screen – 1–2 interviews to assess basic skills, simple call, introduce yourself, why google Interviews – 3–5 interviews covering role related knowledge, problem-solving, and behavioral questions. Hiring Committee Review – Independent review of your performance.
