Google PM interview questions

I had a wonderful experience with the recruiter. While the team wanted to hire me, I didn't make it though the panel to the offer. That said, the interview process was for sure an experience, and I enjoyed everyone I met.

The process was lengthy, with delays during the committee review and team matching phases. The interviews were demanding, requiring a mix of technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills. I found it helpful to practice case studies, metrics analysis, and behavioral questions beforehand. Overall, while the process was time-consuming, it was a great learning experience and gave me a clear sense of Google’s high standards for Product Managers
