The process took 1 day. I interviewed at IBM (Dublin, Dublin) in Oct 2024
Interview
During the 1.5-hour technical interview, we reviewed all the programming languages listed on my CV. I then spent 1.5 hours with the Manager discussing which role would best align with my skills and experience. I left the process feeling very positive. My advice: be authentic and respond to each question thoughtfully within the given timeframe.
Phone screening call, then HR interview and technical interview. HR interview had mostly soft skill questions, no technical insight. Technical interview involved whiteboard questions. Technical questions were about average medium leet code level

In this phase, candidates are assessed on their specialized knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and practical application of skills pertinent to the position. This interview often involves discussing past projects, tackling technical problems, and demonstrating expertise in specific areas.
PDM Round: The final stage involves a meeting with the Product Development Manager (PDM). During this round, candidates discuss their fit within the team, explore their experience with product management processes, and assess their alignment with the company’s culture and objectives. This interaction helps determine the candidate’s potential for long-term success and collaboration within the organization.
