IBM Technical Consultant interview questions

Very easy process. Met recruiter through a conference, they emailed me for interviews with different teams. No extreme technical questions were asked, they mostly wanted to chat and learn about previous experiences.

Was very friendly and casual, There were two round of interviews, one via phone call the other face to face. The HR contact is very professional and during the interview I was asked a list of questions including the combination of competency and technical questions
