I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at IBM (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2018
Interview
This was a two day event for the Consulting by Degrees program. Overall a positive experience. There were three rounds, one behavioral, one case study, and one technical. The first two went very well but the technical interview had a bit of a language barrier and was a bit awkward. Overall I had a positive experience but am disappointed in the technical interview.

Question 1
This one was very vague - You are given two models. Which one do you choose and why?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IBM (Boston, MA) in Feb 2018
Interview
Went through 3 back-to-back 30-minute interviews on Hirevue; 2 behaviorial and 1 case study. One of the behavioral interviewers did not seem prepared as she started asking lots of questions about "big data" even though I had no background in data science and it clearly said on my resume that my major was computer science. They are looking for people who communicate well, so my advice would be to be honest if you do not know the answer. Don't fake it until you make it! If you don't know the answer, just admit it and and try to gracefully come up with an alternative way to answer the question. Heard back 3 days after my interview via email. The entire process took 2 weeks.

Interview
There were three back to back 30 minute interviews, two of them were behavioral and one was a case study. The behavioral interviews were pretty straightforward, the case study was an actual test of problem solving skills.
