I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at JLR (Gaydon, England)
Interview
Sent my email to a member of the team that I was applying to. They responded fairly quickly, and arranged an interview with me. They were very accommodating and flexible in allowing me to choose the interview times.
Interview was an interview with 2 project leads. They were very friendly and professional throughout. Interview consisted of a lot of competency questions, then some broad technical questions about what i would do in 'x situation'.
