JLR interview questions

The first stage was to complete online psychometric, numerical and situational judgement questions. I was then invited to an assessment centre where there was a 40 minute group exercise, in-tray exercise and 45 minute interview. The interview was mostly competency questions - nothing technical, but the interviewer was very friendly and was happy to answer the questions I had about the company.

Online application followed by online tests then straight to an assessment centre. Fewer steps than most graduate applications which is very nice, far less stressful. The online tests involved numerical reasoning and a diagrammtic test, and a test where you decide how you would respond in a work based situation. The assessment centre involved a group work exercise which lasts 50 minutes with 6 people, a multiple choice in-tray exercise and a 40 minute interview based on the 8 JLR behaviours.
