Kaiser Permanente interview questions

It is a panel interview consisting of at least four or five people. There are about six questions regarding different areas of interest. The questions can be in regards to communication, leadership style or how to handle a situation.

The interview was virtually and painless. The manager made me feel comfortable and I was able to speak freely about my skills. I did like that they brought in other nurses from the unit to come to the interview also and I was able to ask them questions without the manager being in the room. I thought that was unique.
