The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2024
Interview
I saw a opening for a Lead IT Support Analyst position in their pharmacy department on their career page. I read the description and minimum requirements which I have so I decided to apply. Like a day later, someone from their Talent Acquistion Consultant team reached out with more questions for me to answer. The first couple of questions were basically like the job posting about education, experience, do you live close to the location, salary expectations and if you have a visa. There was another question that was not on the job posting which was pharmacy background which is a MUST for the position. I personally believe that if this is important and a requirement, then why not put it with the job description on their own career page. So I had to email back answering all the questions but stating the I don't have pharmacy experience because the role is Lead IT Support. I got an automated email back a couple of days later that I was no longer in consideration for the position.
