I applied through other source. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Antioch, CA)
Interview
Gained a lot of knowledge and experience from externship with this facility. I received a great student evaluation. Finding out it is very difficult to get hired. Have to wait till job is posted on line then apply. Upper management is in charge of hiring not individual departments

Question 1
I do not have a difficult or unexpected question at this time
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Oakland, CA) in Jul 2009
Interview
Online application process is inefficient. Got the interview after an employee referral and resume sent directly to manager. The interview was with a panel of peers and managers, about 6 people total.

Question 1
Describe an ethical dilemma you faced and how did you respond.
I applied online. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Burbank, CA) in Apr 2013
Interview
I was contacted by phone and asked if it was a good time to talk. I said yes, not expecting to be interviewed on the spot without being given fair warning or time to prepare.
The caller then proceeded to ask me questions that were, frankly, outdated and somewhat ridiculous. This person was obviously reading questions from a list and did not seem to have my resume anywhere near her. Having someone like that be in charge of reaching out to potential employees was a huge red flag.
I've since gone on a couple more interviews with other companies and true professionals who know what they're doing and have breathed a huge sigh of relief!

Question 1
"What are your strengths and weaknesses?" I thought people stopped asking that in the 80s when they realized how dumb it was. I've interviewed quite a few people myself and have never asked that - and no one else has asked me that.
