Kaiser Permanente interview questions

Online application process is inefficient. Got the interview after an employee referral and resume sent directly to manager. The interview was with a panel of peers and managers, about 6 people total.

I was contacted by phone and asked if it was a good time to talk. I said yes, not expecting to be interviewed on the spot without being given fair warning or time to prepare. The caller then proceeded to ask me questions that were, frankly, outdated and somewhat ridiculous. This person was obviously reading questions from a list and did not seem to have my resume anywhere near her. Having someone like that be in charge of reaching out to potential employees was a huge red flag. I've since gone on a couple more interviews with other companies and true professionals who know what they're doing and have breathed a huge sigh of relief!
