Kaiser Permanente interview questions

The hiring process is very long and tedious. It took about one month to get a call from HR for the phone screen interview, then another month to hear from the Manager for an interview. Then from the interview you have to wait for the manager to check your references (only two needed), Which took about two weeks. Now if everything is good they give your stuff back to HR which then officially offers the position. Now it gets tedious. You have to reapply with more details for the background check. You have 48hrs to do your drug test. And then fill out a short form. Simple but after waiting 2 months you get tired and worn out from wondering and waiting to hear from them. Not knowing the whole time if your actually getting hired.
